Does that include days where those "mm block trades" are more, lots more than the daily volume?

Rocket, there was one AH trade, over a month ago, at .0019. Never throughout the whole day, did the pps drop below .002. Please explain that. That has happened twice (once at .0024, and again at .0019). Each time was an all time new low, and each was AH. Yes, I'm curious how a stock can hit an all time low (twice, worse yet) AH.

My point is, MMs have been playing this in ways I've never seen before, on other issues.
