certainly $PCTL sales manager has alerts and alarms and tripwires to market opportunities superior to mine as an investor. I know distributors are listed in GSA purchasing sites and the product is making its way into .gov specifications. Really if auctus settles like I think the share structure is locked. Likelihood of reverse split is responsible for resistance- imo - no RS no problem
