Its not legalization that was passed today, only a bill to further study the effects of marijuana and CBD oils. They are gathering more info so to better inform the public about the the reason they should or should not pass the legalization bill when and if Congress allows it to be put on ballot for a vote. Legalization is a ways off I'm afraid. Lot of money well be lost here by people who misunderstood the bill that was passed today .
