would be totally agreeable to me also.
And with a long expensive trial, and what IMHO would/could/should be a very large judgement against neuro and or jj, the stock price of neuro, IMHO, could crash very low, if not preceded with bankruptcy first. Neither of the events would prove helpful to either party.
It is my hope that Neuro is willing to have a final settlement quickly and move forward benefiting its shareholders and many others.
