Why would the MM's put any kind of trade in a tape that they don't look at? When they only use level 3's, to dictate level 2's.

Whats past is past they don't look at that, and besides that how would they know which MM posted it? Sorry never believed in that thought process. (IMO)

Can't say I've ever seen those "signals" work...but I would like to believe.
