They are trying to persuade someone else to hit the ask, that is what we call a prop bid and it is actually illegal but hard to prove it’s intentional.

I love it when the bid creeps up because the market makers lose money if they try to fill it. This thing is about to move just need to close above .0084 and we are gravy. $$$JNSH$$$
