Bringing him in at this point is interesting, almost striking, if nothing but testing is going on, and or if they know the testing does not look promising.

Opposite side of that, could be something prior being re-paid with such an appointment.

With my limited knowledge of what's going on, I'm leaning toward the former.

Unless of course he has the means and contacts to tap into future investors by way of perhaps a merger or some combination as they know the commercial showings will support expansion plans not just in Israel but elsewhere perhaps in Latin America. In the meantime keep the troopers happy by extending the warrants. Oil won't be in favor at all in a few years down the road, so using an oil find to branch into other mining ventures like copper lead silver zinc gold etc...or lithium is an act not in desperation but in preservation (longevity). Since speculation is in vogue....why not think positive?
