Waiting Line Problems and why they're important:

"Generally, queue management problems are trade off situation(s) between cost of time spent in waiting v/s cost of additional capacity or machinery."

"Therefore, management needs to work on (a) formulae, which will reduce wait time and create delighted customers without incurring an additional cost...."

I had a few professors at business school go into depth on this concept as it's a "real thing" in business operations / planning.

If Securter can get the word out they could have a shot at gaining some traction with the product. I sure wish they would push harder on the marketing and communication....

Costco confirmed that some of its customers had their payment card information compromised through a card skimming device.

According to them, the payment card skimming device was at one of its warehouses.
