He can physically run the business from CO, but the on-paper corporate location (now Florida) appears to be significant.

As I posted a quote about it before, Florida now appears to be "the" place for corporations that want to expand to locate their on-paper homes.

Why would Nixon bother to make a move like that if he just wanted to do 'business as usual' (=not expand) or go out of business (=bankrupt)? In fact, why would he have bothered to hire a new franchise marketing firm if he wasn't planning to (attempt to) franchise? I mean, why fake it?

One more thing (about not filing, getting demoted to the Expert Market, and then getting revoked) -- to me, this looks like a deliberate strategy.

However, I can't prove it, I don't understand it (except for speculative reasons), and I'm more than willing to believe any proof to the contrary..
