An outright buyout of RTON at this early stage cuts a lot of money out of the picture? An exclusive agreement would allow this to run.
At any rate, I think the cat is out of the bag (?), and we will have a good run now till Jerry is soon forced to releasing the specifics. And then it will run some more, based on the actual terms. All IMHO, of course.
