Your statement that the deal with Rosswood is still on a straigt up lie. I live here in Pine Bluff and know for a fact, from local media reports and city officials, that the mayor has already killed that deal.

liable; many of us have been told by Ed Hayter that he made an interest free loan to IBAC of $6,000,000. Do you still wonder where the money is going? He told this to me multiple times in the two conversations I had with him. Oh that and he wasn't diluting! I have reported this to the board before but thought it needed to be mentioned again.

Don't you live around Memphis? A trip to the Day's Inn might give you a first-hand opportunity to see the "beast" in action, meet Lisa and the gang, ask around for the latest rumors. I'd go, if I were there. I wish I had known about the Royal Arkansas debacle; I wouldn't have missed seeing it firsthand for anything. If you don't meet Ed at the Day's Inn, the next time you know where he is might be Cummins, and that place is no fun, except for the rodeo. But the Day's Inn probably isn't either, this evening. I wouldn't miss it.
