Yes, it IS great news.

But the issue is the share profile, the likelihood of further dilution to sustain operations, and mgt’s not being aligned with CURRENT shareholders.

Until mgt addresses investors, investment opportunity, and overt commitment to share value (and share profile) then progress will not accrue to share price.
