There's also all those restricted shares that were issued last year. Restrictions are usually only for a period of 6 months.
Then, there's the recent offering that's been going on for some time now, which is the cause of the dilution I showed in my last post.
We have amended the pricing of the Offering. We are offering 24,000,000,000 shares of our common stock at an offering price per share equal to $0.0004 per share, for an offering amount of $9,600,000.
