So if Eddie Vakser's filings are to believed,the O/S jumped 585,959,138 shares or +41.18% sometime between 12/31/21 and now.

If, as you assert, the O/S has been 2,009,042,295 since May then the CEO has either been (a) knowingly filing false statements or (b) is so incompetent he doesn't bother checking the O/S with his own transfer agent.
