A lot of wasted energy being concerned with nonsense. I’m pretty sure Apple and AT&T don’t believe this is a scam. Trust me on that.

The infringement lawsuit process is a long and tiresome one. It’ll drain anyone who’s concerned with every little wins and loses regarding every filing.

IMHO, I believe the key is the number of infringers, that will eventually be pitted against each other. I’m sure one doesn’t want the other to own these patent (s). Settlement rate in Waco well into the mid-ninety percent range. I like VPLM’s chances.

It’s all about Waco being the final venue. With Google into Venue Discovery and Markman May 17th......the process is starting to move forward.
