Just read the company's financials. Lost $34 million last year, out of cash, doing stock offerings at lower and lower prices, reverse split in the works. Read my posts on this board and see I spelled it all out and warned ever since the $1 level.
And don't be fooled by any claims of buying at exact highs or lows. Also be wary of claims of selling on the news when there wasn't any news to sell on.
