Its easy, they have millions of warrants, they think within 1 year,
(but not before june and july of 2022),the share price will be above the warrant price and so on all of the relatives or bigger invester will either make more money and/or invest more, simple!

Dj, expiration was extended on warrants so that they would not expire just before the Aug 1 test period license termination. Due to delays, they wanted the warrant holders to have a chance to exercise them.
