$PM, well don't know anything more than seen here but would guess if something is coming down it is likely that the Eclipse name would stay with the operating company if it is going private and temporarily, at least, the previous name of MC Endeavors is re-established....?? Eclipse is a great operational company which had that name before going public ...if they are moving on I will miss their potential. Hope we learn more ASAP if there is more to learn.
