It isn't even so much the 1-500 RS, but the simultaneous immediate issuance of 150 Million post-reverse-split shares to Bentley, leaving existing SFIN holders with less than .3 of 1% of the equity in the resulting post-merger capitalized entity. The question is whether there will be a very brief period after the CE comes off before the deal is competed, during which some limited trading may be possible. But it may all occur overnight between 2 trading days. Time will tell.
