You can tell this is the case because their most recent filing (September 2021) shows that they ended that period with 2,293,944,690 shares in total. However, otc markets currently reflect 2,393,944,690. That means from September 2021 thru March 2022, they diluted a total of 100 million shares. Just in case anyone wanted real information
