I take a lot of Vitamin D and calcium supplements. I purchase them at CVS, a household name that almost everyone should be familiar with. On the bottles is a disclaimer that the statements, re: Vitamin D and calcium (depending on the supplement), have not been evaluated by the FDA. Does this make either of these supplements dangerous and/or illegal? I guess everyone who takes these supplements, and others that haven't been evaluated by the FDA, can sue the b'jeezus out of CVS for selling supplements that don't have the FDA's "seal of approval" on them.

Exact same thing can be said about delta8 which hasn't been evaluated by the FDA but is legal in a number of states.
