Buying PTEL at the Top 0.0074 = Buying its peer (PBHG) at 0.0057 which is 3.64%-Higher than its recent high 0.0055!

Note, PTEL has the Bottom 0.0001 v.s. PBHG has the Bottom 0.0005!
