Most brokerages, like TD do not allow you to trade this yet. It still shows old price and ticker. That is why volume is non existent.

Don't know that I can't, haven't tried. I already had all I wanted Pre-RS. I wait until the dust settles before I make any further buys. We got 2 weeks before the D comes off.
