I believe it is likely that there are institutional investors already lined up to buy SHWZ on the NEO when it starts trading there. They should already know what the company is doing and don't need the upcoming report to confirm anything. I mentioned to my wife this AM that it could be the reason that the NEO listing news was not more widely disseminated (ie.IHUB), as not to run the price up prior to it's listing on the NEO.
Just speculation, nothing can be confirmed with existing information, we'll find out soon enough.
