are you saying 250k shares per 5k dollars? how many total shares available ?.........what about the decertified shares status at that point in time? the whole story makes a big difference.... what kind of shares? whose shares? clawed back from mills//not too many..........clawed back from wade.....a lot........what is the target for number of shares to be 5k lotted? once bitten and all that.......a prospectus? under the aegis of?
just thinking ....do they want a potential successful offering, going thru the motions, doomed to fail? insiders know the news....i'm not casting aspersions, but basic investor information would be required....and if a big cat came along with a good offer........maybe a 'vcsy' would just absorb the returned shares///making the other decertified shares more valuable........wags.
