And besides "pre-judging" the outcome of this case (pure speculation), some are even speculating on Hov's motivations.

The are several things going on with Hov's case that I know nothing factual about that would really be important to understand.

1. What are Hov's motivations in starting this case this past December? Money is probably his ultimate motivation, but that is just my own speculation. Another less likely possibility is some conspiracy with George Sharp to undermine Frank's merger attempt. Again, just my own speculation.

2. How long will the preliminary injunction (PI) last? The facts I've seen, would suggest the PI will last as long as the Judge wants, until some sort of agreement between the parties is reached. And that could be months in my speculative point of view.

3. What are the chances of the judge granting a PERMANENT injunction in this case? That my friends is the key question for those (like myself) looking forward to a legally finalized merger between VeeMost and JPEX. And again, only speculation is possible at this point.

4. Finally, I wonder what is going on in Frank's mind at this time? Another question that can only be speculated on and I really have NO opinion on currently.

So those are the questions I would like to have answered factually, not by speculation.

As you can probably tell, none of those questions will be factually answered until the MAIN CHARACTERS SPEAK OUT THEMSELVES. I.e., the JUDGE/Court, Hovendick, and Frank!
