Nugent ain't no con artist. He's been repeatedly stitched up by the ASIC and he still fights for the shareholders. I have the full court transcript from the ASIC v Cycclone case years ago when Nugent actually had the case won except for a corrupt judge and mysteriously shredded court documents implicating ASIC.
