The company did not "lose lawsuit after lawsuit", and the rest of this post is pure BS. Unbelievable.

Not all shareholders believe in the shorts being the problem.

The problem has been that the DVD market evaporated, EP didn't adjust fast enough, and EP was overly lax with sorting out litigation. As a result, it has been years of frustration.

During those years, I traded HHSE.

Now I am buying and holding, because I believe HHSE is about to turn the corner with resolution of the litigation, filing of Form 10, accessing the LOC, revealing the Fortune 500 Cowboys partner, and launching MyFlix.
