So, they're looking to fund a JV with a gold mine company. That's it. No mention any lithium is being mined there.

He mentions no plans for lithium mining and have no other businesses?

Their business profile at OTC Markets shows, "NW Tech also has proprietary interests in Ride-Sharing, Food Delivery, and other essential services delivery technologies with focus on the United States of America."

What about the batteries?

He acknowledged there are no assets in the company.

And most important was his reply to the question of any reverse split occurring in the future.

Overall, a good interview. But not for anyone playing NWTT.

He should have waited. Especially if he's saying nothing is finalized.

I have no confidence in him.

I'm not convinced he knows what he's getting into.
