I think you’re right Moses1492. From the February 16, 2022 update it says,

“We are pleased to announce that all necessary services for completing the well, along with enhancement and reservoir testing, have been secured.”

“Secured” does not mean it’s on-hand just yet.

Also from the 10K-

“Zion is presently in the planning and procurement phases of extensive well testing, and this is expected to take several months.”

Notice the word “procurement.”

All is proceeding normally. Patience is always required.
