YES. CASE A-21-835979-C effectively CLOSED!!

I expect "case status" to change from OPEN to CLOSED either late today or next week as soon as a court clerk gets to it. <imo

Now the only thing standing in the way of a merger is the Temporary Injunction issued 10 days ago by another judge in another court.

One last roadblock to go!!
