What they have put out is NI43-101 resources.. they are not BOGOS ..

Spott (Has invested into 200 plus mining companies across the world invested with AMC) already have $150 million through Debt to Hycroft and got additional 22% stake.

General public has no clue of mining sector.. I would suggest to stay out of the sector or invest into ETF.
