Same thing? LOL. So two wrongs make it right? No not many dilute this much so fast. Why stock price is where it is. When the management crooks max out a/s and do big r/s. They will wipe common put. They will not lower a/s and start diluting again. That is what is making them millions. A lot more then selling CBD. A very competitive market they are late to. Wait and see.
