Yep. From my understanding, short volume is a very misleading statistic. Could be just MM settlement of trades. Short interest is a better indicator of real short action. JMO. Perhaps the price is going down due to lack of results or manipulation or the fact that the OTC sucks right now? If they post some actual significant production and sales, look out above.
