At this point I couldn't care less. The idea they would put a single penny into something before it's needed would be foolish.

I have confidence that if/when there is some FDA requirement they are poised to meet it.

In the meantime who cares? The entire sector is getting eaten alive by CBD that might not even be CBD.

They aren't money doing a self affirmed gras and it did nothing. Until there's clarity I don't want them spending for something you can't price for.
