MM control and volume isn't what we are referring to. We are talking about small size executions that happen below the bid. In this case, there was about 5 mil shares in the bid at 0014 all day but several times there were executed trades at 0013. Does not happen with many stocks.
They don't have to wait to shake off retail. The company itself dumped 130 million new shares per the last OS update on March 4th. They are handing out plenty of shares from which to play the current range to .003.
You see that flash of huge bids the other day. Algo was definitely turned on and almost immediately shut off. Not sure why, but I can say with 100% certainly this is going to go off when those in control want it to go.
