Yes, if the company can issue a updating news about any potential on-going merger target and its current complete SS (i.e. the float, restricted, OS, and AS counts) then VIZC will quickly surge to 0.00364 in order to match the same 5.2-Bagger bouncing performance as its Similar-SS peer did (PBHG: from 0.0005 to 0.0026) just two months ago!
