I hope you sold. Regardless if they make the deadline, do you think they would have downgrades reporting status of the are generating good revenue and executing? Not to mention their affiliates knos and obitx are doing terrible.

With the 5 day extension, the normal deadline would be this coming Tuesday, March 22, 2022. However, it doesn't look like they filed an NT 10-Q extension request. With the recent SEC and OTC Markets rules changes, I'm not sure what the implications are and whether the normal/old SEC rules apply. They filed a Form 15 "CERTIFICATION AND NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION UNDER SECTION 12(g) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 OR SUSPENSION OF DUTY TO FILE REPORTS UNDER SECTIONS 13 AND 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934." back on February 15.
