Absolutely. $9m is an insanely low MC. We don’t even know how long their parent company has been loaning out $500m per year. They’ve been in business for 20 years. Have they been loaning out over a hundred million up to $500m dollars per year for 10 years? Do they have multiple billions loaned out for which they’re receiving 8% + per year in interest? (according to the CEO’s description of their rates.)
And AVVH has a $9m market cap? Crazy. Just criminal stupidity.
