Not true.
It was availible to buy at open on the 21st. I watched all morning and could have bought as much as I wanted at $14.00 or less .
Kept watching it go to over $21.00 between 11:AM and Noon.
I decided to buy as soon as I saw a lunch time drop.

Made my
1st buy at 11:25 AM at $17.84.
2nd buy at 11:26AM at $17.92,
3rd buy at 11:51 at $18.42,
4th buy at 11:56 at $18:50.
5th buy at 12:24 at $23.50.

By 2 PM it was over $60
