Sure but to get past .003's. Going to take huge volume. Just look at the past volumes. That it would take to have a run up. Easy to see will take even more volume. Then before dilution. Volume we see now not even close to enough. Problem is when 10K filed with millions in losses. After 7 years of this not good. More dilution coming. That last dilution is still a problem.
