Agreed, I think there's a lot of mystery to the LOI, but IMO it's leaving open the possibility that they could pull the shocker and absorb other companies.

What's the trick here though? How could they do this without a share offering - in fact they are reducing the AS, and if I'm not mistaken, have pledged not to do any RS/AS increase for 2 years? I may be dead wrong here but thought I read that.

Maybe David Chong would control the board members, take over ICNM, use it as the holding company, and so on and so on. It does say "Upon closing, the CEO shall appoint the designees of (blank) together with identified board nominees to the Board of Directors."....

If David Chong were the CEO, he would have carte blanche to appoint whoever he wanted to the board, and ICNM would be the vehicle he'd use to hold these companies.

I hope the PR clears everything up - would love to see some clear direction here, but the possibilities, needless to say, are huge. It's telling, IMO, that we're not falling back to .001 or lower.

i don't think it's 'potential'. everyone keeps missing that this is exactly the same trajectory as HMBL, but it's not in the start-up begging for money phase, and testing out products.
they have the names, the cash, and already have the platforms purchased. it just needs to be announced.
