On OTC markets still no security details,
if my brain is good I remember 40M float BEFORE the r/s 1/20 so now
Ameriguard float is only 2 millions o/s
at 100$ a shares now it will capitalize only 200 millions.

Really easy to make it climb for the dividend,
max dividend to reward all the shareholders 2.000.000 x 0,35 = 700.000 $ $HRAAD
