In Case A-21831200-c in NV, Hovendick Fifth claim against Caywood states that Caywood never delivered 60 million shares of Scorpex common stock and 5 million shares of preferred stock. Says Caywood refuses to turn them over even though they had a stock purchase agreement however he did turn over the Jpex shares. Why did he never turn them over. Caywood is obviously a scam artist so not surprising if the Jpex shares are fake stemming from the Scorpex shares
