Although I don't know the exact number eligible to convert at this time there are quiet a few. We can see the amount of change in the Outstanding Share count's as they are updated by the Transfer agent.

At the moment the O/S updated yesterday on the OTC was 46,368,256.

We can compare that to the most recent number from the bottom of the first page of the last quarterly filing.

As of November 11, 2021, the Registrant had 44,400,853 shares of Common Stock outstanding.

Some simple math shows us that since November 11th, 1,985,403 shares have been added to the Outstanding Share count. Some of those were likely from the conversion of Preferred shares but I have no way to confirm it.

Something else to remember is that just because they convert the shares doesn't mean they are selling them into the market, once converted into Common they can also just hold onto them.
