Some thoughts….

#1) ceo is an absolute dope & got bad advice

#2) a 1-20 r/s sucks but is not that bad when
compared to many that I have seen like 1-100 &
1-1000

#3) if this is the company that many have hoped
would be coming in…. after the fact an outstanding
of only 2.5 million with government contracts &
50 to 100 million in revenue…. This could soar

after the fact with good prs about government
contracts

name change was only able to push this over $1 but they screwed up with RS and AS to 3 billion!
