CONFIRMED == That is exactly how the basic outstanding shares are being calculated. So I'm "erring" on the high side correctly:

"Basic net income per share is based on the weighted average number of shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Pre-funded warrants to purchase 16,833,333 shares of common stock are included in basic weighted average shares outstanding as deemed outstanding. "

Page 11. God dang, that's deceptive. Need a high finance degree for this curve ball. Sheeze. It's annoying. Now I'm really understanding that analyst better 2 cc's ago. He understood. He was telling them he knew, but didn't want us to know. Kinda like -- Annoying. Watch your back with everybody! Walk backwards!

Okay, so that's it. No more backstabbing that I can see. The company's only vague answer was that they were thinking long term. That's a valid reason, but not exactly straight shooters either. Full disclosure, yes. In the fine print. Just like the analyst said. The devil is in the details.

They're like cloaked shares. Invisible dark matter. Like the missing puzzle to gravity. That's why the stock cratered, I think, on such good fundamentals otherwise in my opinion. So true EPS of .035ish. Sooo annoying...

Insiders should be placed into solitary confinement for 9 months for that. But I guess that's how they had to sweeten the deal to got the old guard out. I am long. It's still good value. I just want to punch somebody in the mouth.
