The ticker you're referring to is actually listed on the Nasdaq though, right?
Dilution can be a good thing for a company if used properly. BYOC appears to be doing the right things with the shares they're dumping. Imo
The OTC is in shambles right now and there are quite a few traders who have left this part of the market for now. I kinda see it as an opportunity to buy in low. Surely it's gotta turn soon?
