I have no insight here. I'm an ICNM bagholder from long ago that is very pleasantly surprised at the goings-on here.

I just combined what I read into a plausible story that allows both tweets to be true, and still has a positive story for ICNM. Today is the first I have ever heard of David Chong, real or otherwise, and I have absolutely no idea if I'm spouting complete nonsense or if there is a spark of potential truth there.
