I am here for the Nasdaq uplist. Management knows exactly what they are doing and have been transparent about it from the start. The CEO once headed Bank of America's Mergers & Acquisitions department. He is more then qualified to lead this company, and I will back him on any financial decisions which help the company's growth. You call it dilution, but they are Hedging their assets to grow quicker. So why not raise a little capital off market. Makes complete sense to me.

BTW EPS is .49 cents a share which was addressed in last PR.
